The future of warfare just became affordable.
Kazi Defense is building low-cost autonomous strike and reconnaissance drones — expendable by design, priced so they can be fielded in volume. Counter-UAS interception is next on the roadmap.
Cheap mass just became the deciding weapon.
The drone wars in Ukraine and the Middle East proved something simple: a few hundred dollars of expendable airframe can find, track, and take off the board assets worth orders of magnitude more. Whoever fields that mass first changes the economics of the fight before the old, expensive systems ever get a say.

Derived from the figures aboveA $20,000 drone can now kill a $10,000,000 tank.
The drone is the ammunition.
The design brief for every Kazi system starts the same way: treat the drone as a round of ammunition, not as an aircraft.
That means designing for attrition from the first sketch — commercial components, simple assembly, and a unit cost low enough that expending the airframe is the normal way to use it.
When the platform costs what a round costs, commanders stop rationing it. Ukraine showed what that does to how units fight. Our job is to put the same economics in our customers' hands.
Three areas. One design philosophy.
Strike
One-way attack drones in the FPV class that has reshaped the battlefield since 2022. The first program on the Kazi roadmap, with unit cost as the governing design constraint.
View area → AREA 02 — TACTICAL ISRSense
Reconnaissance drones cheap enough to fly forward and lose, aimed at the same units, budgets, and logistics as the strike line.
View area → Roadmap AREA 03 — COUNTER-UASIntercept
Interceptor drones against hostile UAS, planned as the follow-on program once the strike and reconnaissance lines are established.
View area →Production is the product.
Winning the cost exchange is a manufacturing problem before it is an aeronautics problem. We design for the production line first, and unit cost is a specification set before the airframe is drawn.
